functional dry needling
As a certified provider in Functional Dry Needling, this technique is very useful for increasing blood flow, calming inflammation, releasing tension, and supporting your body’s natural healing process. A very thin needle (same as an acupuncture needle) is inserted into a muscle, tissue, or trigger point to help “reset” the area.
You might feel a quick twitch or muscle response during treatment — that’s a normal sign the muscle is reacting! It is helpful for pain, recovery, and improving muscle function.
