Hi, I’m Dr. Amelia — a movement-minded pelvic floor physical therapist with a deep belief that your body, your story, and your care should never be one-size-fits-all.
My many years in both pelvic health and orthopedics allows me to take a whole-body approach to your care — whether we’re working through postpartum changes, pain with movement or intimacy, return to lifting or running, or anything in between. I made the switch to pelvic health when I realized how life-changing and underserved this area of care truly is — and I’ve never looked back. From your jaw to your pelvic floor to your feet, it’s all connected — and it all matters.
My goal in every session is to help you understand what’s going on in your body, feel safe and supported in your experience, and make real progress toward feeling strong and confident in how you move through the world.
I love working with folks who are ready to get answers and make real progress — especially active people, postpartum folks, or anyone who’s been dismissed or underwhelmed by traditional PT. I’m not here to tell you to stop lifting, running, or doing the things you love — I’m here to help you get back to them with less pain and more confidence.

✨When I’m Not in the Clinic...
You’ll find me soaking up the beautiful Denver sunshine with my husband and dog — hiking, playing pickleball, or going for a long walk with a good coffee in hand. I’m an avid reader (fantasy, romance, and mystery are my jam), and traveling to new places is my favorite pastime. I am a concert enthusiast, and a big believer that a perfectly curated playlist is a form of therapy — bonus points if you compliment the music in my treatment room.
